We achieve that by providing high-quality, well-maintained apartments at reasonable rents along with friendly and responsive management. Many of our tenants have been with us for many, many years, and even refer their friends and family!

Our President
Joe has been with Professional Realty for more than 25 years and has been directly involved in every aspect of the business. He oversees the entire company and provides strong customer satisfaction. He is a huge Cubs fan, a fanatic with his lawn, loves playing Briscola (an Italian card game), and enjoys being with his grandkids more than anything
Mike “M1”
Head of Maintenance
Affectionately known as “M1” (since we have had 4 Mikes working for us at one time), M1 has been providing maintenance services to Professional Realty for more than 20 years. A soft-spoken, dedicated and hardworking man, you would never know that he was a traveling fan of the band Lady A and an accomplished guitar player. Mike also enjoys doing remodel projects with his kids and hanging out with his grandkids.
Fausto
Operations Manager
Fausto has been in the service industry for many years. He joined Professional Realty in 2023 as he found the company to be a perfect match for his customer-centered approach to business. Overseeing the maintenance department and the day-to-day operations, he has also learned to play Briscola with Joe. Fausto is a gourmet foodie and wine lover, and stays in shape by playing bocce ball and trying to keep up with his 2 young children.
Karen
Front Office Manager
Karen has been the friendly face at our front desk for more than 15 years. She handles all front office functions with a smile and keeps the guys in line. A huge dog lover, the only thing she likes more than her dogs are her grandkids – her pride and joy!
